Easter 2020

2020 brings important news for wine lovers: OENOSOPHY has designed, specifically for the period of Pascha, a unique tour to Thessaly and Northern Greece. For 11 days, we will explore the secret treasures of Greece, visit the best wineries and try authentic, traditional dishes from every location we visit.

This tour will be as exceptional as we think Greece is! We will visit Pelion, the mythical mountain home of the centaurs, but also the imposing boulders of Meteora, Byzantine Kastoria, multicultural Thessaloniki, the seaside town of Kavala. We will participate in cooking lessons, taste wine on a sailboat, and dine in small, organic wineries and in award-winning restaurants with views of the Aegean Sea. And, naturally, we will visit PDO and PGI areas to partake of their native varieties and their delicious wines.

Our tour (or better, our gastronomic Odyssey) will start in Thessaloniki on Friday, April 17th, 2020. Our first stop is Pelion, where we will stay for 3 days and will celebrate Greek Pascha. Afterwards, we will head off to Kastoria for 2 days before arriving in Thessaloniki, which will be our base of operations for the next 4 days. The tour will end after a two-day stay in Kavala, from where we will return to Thessaloniki on Tuesday, April 28th for final departure.

This Spring, give yourself and your loved ones the gift of the ultimate Greek food and wine experience and taste the essence of Greece!
